FAQ’s

Choose the “Social Media Only” plan for $19/mo or the “Level 1” plan for $49/mo.

The main difference between the two plans is the Level 1 membership includes social media as well as full portal access to all of our marketing tools (email newsletters, postcards, listing presentations, pop-bys’s client events, etc), while the Social Media Only plan gives access to social media posts, carousels, reels, stories & listings. 

Both provide auto posting 5 times a week to Facebook & Instagram! The difference is custom posting adds your headshot, logo & colors. Here’s more info:

LEVEL 2 Auto Posting ($99)
If you want to save money, but still want the convenience of auto-posting, choose the “Level 2” plan. It includes full access to the portal AND you get all of your social media auto posted Level 2 does NOT include customization – it will be our standard posts without your headshot, logo, etc.

If having a custom, branded feel to your social media is important to you AND you don’t want to spend hours each week customizing, Level 2 + custom is for you. Our team meticulously crafts your social media to fit your brand. We add your headshots, colors and logo to every post and we schedule it all for you, including custom hashtags!

Our design team spends dedicated time each month crafting your custom social media to make sure it fits your brand and looks amazing!

After we create all of your custom posts and carousels, we individually schedule each post with your custom hashtags. Each post goes live at a different time each day depending on what time is best for the algorithm (ensuring the best engagement).

  1. Make sure you have a business Facebook and business Instagram account.

  2. Purchase our Standard Auto Posting Plan.

  3. Click one button to connect your social media accounts to our auto-posting platform.

  4. That’s it! We’ll start posting for you within 24 hours—5x/week with content that keeps you top of mind and consistently active.

How Custom Auto Posting Works
This plan includes everything in Standard—but with your branding, colors, headshot, and logo professionally added.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Purchase the Custom Auto Posting Plan.

  2. You’ll work one-on-one with a Blink custom designer to personalize your posts.

  3. We’ll send a branded post mockup for your approval.

  4. You can request edits, and once you approve the final design, we start posting—within 48 hours.

Many agents go up and down between plans throughout the year, depending on their schedule and time freedom. You’re welcome to upgrade or downgrade between plans anytime in your membership portal tools! 

Yes! You can cancel at any time in the portal. We don’t have any contractts and our billing is month-to-month. If you’d like to cancel, just be sure to do so before your next billing payment date.
